We just unveiled a major update to the La Americana website with five new sections, press quotes, and more!

We currently have four internship postitions available for students for the Fall 2008 semester.
Internships are available for students of either SUNY Purchase College or CUNY Hunter College.
Internships are for four-upper level credits. SUNY Students must have a minimum of 30 credits to apply. Intern will be able to work primarily from home/campus but must some work will be required at our office in upper Manhattan. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

La Americana wins best documentary at NYILFF

Thanks to everyone who came out to our screenings at the HBO/NY Latino International Film Festival. La Americana won the jury award for Best Documentary!

Nick on Fox TV Baltimore at the MD Film Festival

I was interviewed about La Americana during the Maryland Film Festival on the local Fox station. We went on to have two packed screenings and a great review in the Baltimore City Paper which we will post soon.
